About Me

A quiet obsession with the cup.

Hi, I'm the founder of ORO. I'm an SCA-certified barista, and ORO began with a simple idea: that a single, well-made cup of coffee can shift a whole morning.

Drawing on the flavours of Peru, Mexico, and Iran, I built a menu that feels rooted and personal — every recipe dialled in by hand, every detail chosen on purpose. Thank you for being part of it.

An SCA-certified barista has completed accredited training in extraction, milk technique, sensory skills, and coffee science — meaning every cup you receive is measured, tasted, and held to a recognised global standard.
